Matching
How we decide who fits.
First we apply your non-negotiables: region, dates, live-in or live-out, driving licence, non-smoker, comfortable with pets. Anyone who fails those never appears.
Everyone left gets a score out of 100 from the signals on the right, and you see the top three reasons for every match. No black box.
Shared languages
Full marks for a fluent shared language, partial for conversational.
Experience with your children's ages
Infant and toddler experience counts for more because it is rarer.
Dates and duration
Availability must overlap your start date; longer overlap scores higher.
Distance
Same city for live-out. Same country for live-in.
Pocket money
Full marks when what you offer meets what they expect.
Certifications
First aid, childcare qualifications, swimming.
Lifestyle fit
Pets, smoking, diet, family style. All optional, all considered.
After the match
What happens next is up to you.
Chat privately
Ask about experience, routines, expectations. Share photos. Nobody sees a phone number until they choose to share it.
